If you experience any issues with your product, simply contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email and our technical team will be there to assist you. In most cases, our products work perfectly because we thoroughly test them before sending them to our customers. However, if you encounter any faults, please share a video with us so that our team can evaluate the problem. Sometimes, operational guidelines may be the cause of the issue, and our technical experts can provide assistance in those situations. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty, we will happily replace it for you. You will pay for the courier expense through Easypaisa/Jazz Cash (200 Pkr Standard Rates).
If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it for another one, no problem! Please notify us via call and send the product to our address along with its invoice and a written note of the new desired product. Our quality customer team will check the product and packaging, and then send you the new product. It is important to make a video while unboxing the parcel because we will accommodate any damage/broken product complaints if you have an unboxing video.
